Lots of terrific things have been happening! First of all, I was sent the final book cover which I love and am happy to display here. (It’s also on my website’s “Books” page.)

It’s just so creative, with its reverse reflection, black and green colors, and Noah and Jocelyn’s silhouette in the upper window, Jack’s in the lower one. So far, I’ve had lots of positive feedback about it.

Also, the ARCs (Advanced Reader Copies) arrived this week, so it’s really fun to get an idea of how the book will look in print. The design team has done a super job with the chapter titles, fonts for clues, etc. On the back it says: “She thought her twin was dead, until he started writing her letters.” (Spooky, right?)

Last of the other good news? It’s actually up on Amazon! Of course, it’s not for sale yet, only pre-orders. But it’s still exciting to see. And although I’d heard it will be coming out in February, looks like the actual release date is Valentine’s Day… Not that this is a romantic book. Okay, well there is a love story but there’s also shooting, stalking, chasing and other scary stuff. Which you get a hint of from the cover and publisher’s blurb. Overall, I’d say it’s very validating to have proof this is really going to happen!
